January 24, 2015 – Cynthia Sass led a roundtable discussion on recent issues in settlement agreements in employment cases at the 11th Circuit Regional Committee of The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers‘ 4th Annual Program Event in Coral Gables, Florida on January 24, 2015. The discussion focused on strategies in negotiating settlement agreements and problematic language, including a discussion of the EEOC’s most recent position articulated in EEOC v. CVS.
