April 2012 – LAWYER magazine, by the Hillsborough County Bar Association, published Yvette Everhart’s article, Class Arbitration Update: NLRB Rules, which discusses the new rulings by the National Labor Relations Board affecting employers and the unionization of employees in its April 2012 edition.
